What it does
Walk-up booth: guest picks a celebrity or team frame on a touchscreen, the camera composites them into the shot, then a QR lets them save and share on their phone.

Under the hood
- Hardware: mini PC / iPad, DSLR or webcam, touch display, ring or strobe lighting.
- Booth UI (React / Electron or WPF + C#) runs selection, pose prompts, and the queue loop.
- Chroma or AI matting + OpenCV / Sharp compositing blends guest with the hero or frame.
- Upload to S3 or R2 → QR the secure URL → light landing page for save/share. Event asset packs hot-swap.
