Self check-in, eBadge QR, zone scanning, and live organizer tracking on Supabase (AWS under the hood), with KSA self-host when compliance requires it.

What it does

Attendees self check-in from home, on event day via the portal, or at a staff desk with on-spot print. An eBadge QR unlocks zone entry for operators. Organizers follow check-ins and scans live. The same eBadge can show schedule / calendar and help people connect.

Under the hood

  • Supabase (Postgres, auth, storage) on AWS under the hood for attendees, badges, zones, and submissions.
  • Realtime event listeners so dashboards and operator views track check-ins and zone scans as they happen.
  • Three check-in paths: home URL, on-day portal, assisted desk with print; eBadge QR by email or on site.
  • KSA compliance: Supabase has no KSA region, so for Saudi events we self-host Supabase on AWS in the KSA region to keep data in-country.
