Mission tracker game

Mobile PWA for event guests: join a team, complete timed social and floor missions, submit proof, and climb a live scored leaderboard.

What it does

Attendees open the app on their phones, join a team, and work through time-boxed challenges that get people mixing on the floor, for example meet someone born in a given month, connect with a name that contains a letter, or take a team photo at a venue spot. Each mission can ask for photo, video, geo check-in, or text as proof. A scored leaderboard ranks players on completion, creativity, and time, while organizers run challenges, teams, groups, scoring, and push notifications from an admin dashboard.

Under the hood

  • React (Vite) PWA so guests play from their own phones without an app-store install.
  • Supabase auth, database, and storage for teams, challenges, submissions, and media proof.
  • Challenge types with in-app photo, video, and geo capture, plus admin scoring of submissions.
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging for organizer push notifications during the event.
